A. Simply click order button to place your order. After adding product to you cart, please follow the 3 simple steps in checkout process : Contact Info, Billing, Payment Methods and Finished.
Q. After I purchased, can I get Order Receipt?
A. Yes Of course. Our system will generate “Order Receipt” for you with unique Invoice Number and send through email. Downloadable pdf version of this “Order Receipt” can be found in your account area.
Q. When I expect the signage would be finished and installed?
A. We usually fabricate signs in 3-7 working days including installation. But sometimes sign fabrication will depend on the complexity of your company logo and materials availability.
Q. How much I will pay for my company signage?
A. In our online ordering system there are two options to select from whether you will pay the signage in full or in partial payment.
Q. Do you accept credit cards to pay for my signage?
A. Yes, all major credit cards are accepted via Paypal with surcharge/processing fee of P350 only. Please contact us and we will assist you how to make payment for your order. We have signage packages available that are ready for online purchases.
Q. Do we need to supply our own artwork/designs for our business signs?
A. Much better If you have your own artwork/designs for your business signs to make things easier and faster. If you cannot provide, we will often charge a small design fee of our 3d visual and rendering but this will always be confirmed with you prior to commencing the work.
Q. What type of artwork files do you accept?
A. We can accept artwork / logos / photographs in most formats but prefer to work with the following: .Eps, .pdf, .cdr, .jpg, AI or PSD files. We regret that artwork designs completed in word or powerpoint will not provide an acceptable resolution for reproduction and will have to be redrawn. Artwork which needs some additional design work may be chargeable.
Q. Do you sell your signs and graphics particularly in Cebu and Mindanao?
A. Yes, we have done signage in Butuan, Cebu, Zamboanga and other part of the Philippines.
Q. Do you provide 3d visual for my sign?
A. We provide 3d visual design for free, only when you have purchased any of our signage products. 3d visual design is another services we offer.
