At Skylite Advertising Studio Co., Inc., we are committed to delivering high-quality signage, printing, fabrication, and customized products with strict quality control standards. Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of most of our products, all purchases are subject to this policy.

Custom orders are final

Confirmed orders are considered final and non-refundable once production has started.

Eligible cases are reviewed

Approved refunds, repairs, or replacements depend on verified damage, defects, or company error.

Customized & Made-to-Order Products

Most products manufactured by Skylite Advertising Studio Co., Inc. are customized according to approved client specifications, including but not limited to:

  • Signages
  • Pylon Signs
  • Lightbox Signs
  • Acrylic & Stainless Signs
  • Booth & Kiosk Fabrication
  • UV Printing
  • Stickers & Decals
  • Promotional Displays
  • Customized Fabrication Products
  • Corporate Branding Materials

Because these products are specially produced for each client, all confirmed orders are considered final and non-refundable once production has started.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds, replacements, or repairs may only be approved under the following conditions:

Eligible Cases

  • The item was delivered with severe physical damage caused during shipping or delivery.
  • The product received is significantly different from the approved quotation or final design confirmation.
  • The item has manufacturing defects verified by Skylite Advertising Studio Co., Inc.
  • Wrong item, wrong size, or wrong specification was delivered due to company error.

Video Proof Requirement (Strict Policy)

To protect both the client and the company from fraudulent claims and mishandling after delivery, Skylite Advertising Studio Co., Inc. strictly requires VIDEO EVIDENCE for all damage-related concerns.

Important Requirements

Customers MUST record an uncut and clear video while opening the package. The video must clearly show:

  • The unopened package
  • Shipping label and waybill
  • Entire unboxing process
  • Actual condition of the item
  • Visible damages or defects

Important Notes

  • Photos alone will NOT be accepted as valid proof.
  • Edited, cut, paused, or incomplete videos may be rejected.
  • Claims submitted without proper video documentation will automatically be denied.

Reporting Period

All concerns must be reported within the allowed period after the item has been marked as delivered.

24 hours

For printed products and small parcels.

48 hours

For large signage, fabrication, or freight deliveries.

Claims submitted beyond the allowed period may no longer be accommodated.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Customized signages
  • Printed materials with approved artwork
  • Installed signage projects
  • Rush orders
  • Products with client-approved designs/specifications
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Minor color variations due to screen/display differences
  • Wear and tear caused by outdoor exposure, misuse, or improper maintenance
  • Products altered or modified by the customer or third party

Installation & Fabrication Projects

For signage installation and fabrication projects, clients are responsible for inspecting the project upon turnover. Any concern must be raised immediately during project acceptance. Once accepted and signed off, the project shall be considered completed and approved.

Warranty coverage does not include

  • Electrical fluctuations
  • Natural disasters
  • Vandalism
  • Structural movement
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Improper maintenance

Shipping & Delivery Liability

Skylite Advertising Studio Co., Inc. carefully packages all products before shipment. However:

  • Delivery schedules are subject to courier and logistics operations.
  • Minor scratches, dents, or packaging wear caused by third-party shipping providers may not qualify for refund.
  • Skylite reserves the right to repair, replace, or partially compensate depending on the extent of verified damage.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days.
  • Refunds will be returned through the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Processing fees, shipping fees, installation fees, and rush charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before production starts. Once any of the following has begun, cancellation is no longer allowed:

  • Design preparation
  • Material purchasing
  • Printing
  • Fabrication
  • Cutting
  • Production scheduling

Partial cancellation fees may apply depending on project status.

Skylite’s Right to Final Evaluation

Skylite Advertising Studio Co., Inc. reserves the right to investigate all claims thoroughly, request additional documentation or inspection, and determine whether the issue qualifies for refund, replacement, repair, or rejection.

All decisions made after evaluation shall be considered final.
