Terms and Conditions
Clear terms for custom signage, print, fabrication, and Skylite Commerce orders.
These terms explain how quotations, approvals, payments, production, delivery, installation, returns, and website use work when you transact with Skylite Advertising Studio Co., Inc.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website, requesting a quotation, placing an order, creating an account, uploading files, or using Skylite Advertising Studio Co., Inc. services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a transaction.
Products and Services
Skylite provides signage, printing, fabrication, promotional displays, booth and kiosk work, installation-supported projects, and related advertising services. Most orders are custom, made-to-order, or produced according to approved client specifications.
Quotations, Artwork, and Approvals
Prices, timelines, materials, sizes, finishes, layouts, and installation scope are based on the information provided by the customer and confirmed by Skylite. Production may begin only after required approvals, deposits, or payment arrangements are completed.
Payments and Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after Skylite receives the required payment, down payment, or approved payment arrangement. Processing fees, delivery fees, rush charges, installation fees, and other service charges may be non-refundable once work has started.
Custom Orders and Production Changes
Customer-approved custom orders cannot be freely changed, cancelled, returned, or refunded once design preparation, material purchasing, printing, cutting, fabrication, installation scheduling, or production has started. Additional charges may apply for changes requested after approval.
Delivery, Pickup, and Installation
Delivery and installation schedules may depend on project readiness, customer coordination, weather, logistics, courier operations, site access, permits, electrical readiness, and other conditions outside Skylite control. Customers must inspect items or completed work upon receipt or turnover.
Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Refunds, returns, repairs, and replacements are governed by the Skylite Refund and Return Policy. Damage-related concerns require proper documentation, including video proof where required by policy.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for submitting accurate project details, reviewing artwork and specifications carefully, securing site access when needed, maintaining products after turnover, and providing complete documentation for any concern or support request.
Artwork and Intellectual Property
Customers must have the right to use logos, trademarks, artwork, images, files, and content submitted to Skylite. Skylite may refuse work that appears unlawful, infringing, misleading, abusive, or unsafe for production.
Website and Account Use
Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful files, interfere with site operations, impersonate others, or use Skylite systems for fraud, spam, abuse, or unlawful activity.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Skylite is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from website use, project delays, courier issues, site conditions, customer-provided errors, or third-party actions.
Policy Updates
Skylite may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version posted on this website applies to transactions and website use from the date it is published or updated.
